The material you bring to Adam is among the most personal there is. We treat it that way.
What we collect. Your account details (name, email), and the archive you build: stories, letters, photos, and voice recordings. Your conversations with Adam are stored so he can remember them.
How it's used. Solely to operate your Adam. Text is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies; voice is synthesized by ElevenLabs; video is rendered by HeyGen. Each receives only what is needed for that request. We do not sell your data, and it is not used to train models for anyone else.
Storage. Data lives on our servers in the EU (Hetzner) and is backed up nightly. Voice clones live in our ElevenLabs workspace; uploaded face photos live in our HeyGen workspace.
Deletion. Delete an Adam and his archive, conversations, and video jobs are removed. Delete your account and everything goes, including cloned voices and talking photos at our providers — within 30 days.
